The Freundeskreis des Jugendsinfonieorchesters Bremen-Mitte e. V. was founded in 1991 to support the work of the Youth Symphony Orchestra and Youth Symphony Orchestra of the Music School Bremen. ​ Many tasks are handled by both orchestras with great commitment and many interesting projects are also planned in the future. These include the children’s concerts, the symphony concerts, the concerts on Lake Hollersee, the International Youth Symphony Orchestra and the concert tours, which are received abroad with great resonance and enthusiasm, and which lead above all to international encounters of young people and the deep friendships associated with them.

 

These tasks, especially the annual concert tours and the International Youth Symphony Orchestra, are cost-intensive and cannot be performed without additional financial support.

On behalf of the young musicians of both youth orchestras as well as their conductor, Mr. Martin Lentz, the board of the Freundeskreis therefore cordially asks you for financial support of the orchestra work described above.

 

The Freundeskreis of the Orchestra will issue donation receipts for donations that serve to support the orchestra's work.
